University of Wyoming in SE Wyoming is at 7200ft. And its windier then probably any place in the country

The schools that compete at the NCAA Div. 1 Cross Country Mountain Regional are the ones that are located at altitude (Colorado, UTEP, NAU, BYU, New Mexico, Air Force, etc.)

Boise State is not a true altitude school. It's only 2800ft at the track. Just an FYI.
