Also Herriman has tons of guys that dropped tons of time from 2021. Having coach Soles will do that
In 2021 The Tangs were running 5k in the 19s and 20s and now they are running 3 miles around 15:30.
nice little improvement from myself I figured I would mention - 23:08 as a freshman to 17:51 as a junior. No senior season due to covid.

My 5k PRs in high school cross country were 20:46 (freshman), 20:03 (sophomore), 18:37 (junior), and 16:08 (senior). My 3200 PRs were 10:11 as a junior and 9:48 as a senior. I only did the 1600 as a freshman and sophomore and don't remember my times, but I probably couldn't break 5:30.
