I'm a tri-sport athlete. After a really good cross country season this year i was having a lot of pain that i ignored. then i went into soccer season and it got worse. after only 3 weeks of training with the track team i couldn't walk and found out that i had a severe stress fractures and tears in 3 of my tendons. i find out march 18th wether i can run or not but i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to come back and not be behind. i run 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 800, 4x8 and potentially the mile.
