i did the exact same workout last year. i would say anywhere between 10:20 and 10:40
10:00 - 10:10
i did that workout today and I run 9:35. you can't tell how fast your going to run off of one workout. there are so many other variables to look at.

Namely Mileage. How many mpw are you doing?
like 40 -45
Well then you smell.
If your heart rate was 160 during the 800s, you could pop a 9:15. If you were running all out, you may run 10:30 range.
i had just run 2 races 48 hours ago if that makes any difference
Actually, after hearing that you ran this workout approximately 48 hours after two races, I am fairly confident that I can predict your two mile time.
Each of the 800s that you ran today was run from a standing start and likely with a somewhat emphasised finish, despite the fact that you received 3 minutes of total rest during this workout, the inefficient manner that you forced your biosystems to perform shows great potential.
I can go into greater detail if you would like, but the bottom line is that you are in shape to run 9:34-9:42.
Would like to mention the times you posted in those races?
But otherwise I would say like 10:40-10:50 if the workout out was hard for you.
Like 9:50 If it was like a breeze, but then why would you be posting it if you didn't put much effort into it?
I had an athlete run a similiar workout last week. the workout was 1200, 1200, 800, 800, 4x200 with 2 minutes between sets. He hit the 1200 and 800s at 230-232 pace and ran a 10:01 for an indoor 2 mile the following weekend. He also has been running around 50 a week.
Rather than get people's purely speculative estimates on what you could run, why don't you just go run the 2 miles and find out?
Posts like yours are absolutely insane. Who else really cares what an anonymous runner can do? We might care if we had a name, age, school, specific meet, etc.
well i ran a 10:12 in a pretty tactical race (started out real fast), than a 4:44 an hour later all out
more importantly what could someone that ran a 2:23 800 run a mile in?
and around what time for an 800 would sub 5 be likley in the mile?
I ran 5X800m today in an ave of 2:22. I ran 40 miles 2 weeks ago and 55 last week. Im planning on running about the same this week. Predict my 2 mile time...
