Hello,
I've began my training again after taking a few weeks off after running a marathon in early November. I began running in the beginning of Dec. and my shins since have been killing me ever since I started up. I get pain on the insides of my shins. I have flat feet, which may be the cause of the pain in my shins. I always buy shoes that have stability to support my arches. I've researched this and found MTSS, a condition where the inside shin is affected with increased mileage in people with flat feet. Has anyone suffered from this type of nagging injury? I've ran in college, and have been running out of college for the last three years, and never had any sort of injury. This is new to me and I have no clue how to fix this type of injury. Any suggestions?
