All I know is that Hillary Clinton would roll all over Janet Reno's Dance Party.

i'd love to see sharpton run a 400! the funnier answer to some of these questions would be the winning times. I say sharpton wins in 1:56-1:58, nearly walking the last 120m.
clinton vs. reno is no contest. how about hillary vs. laura bush. i say bush wins in less than 20 minutes, but not much less.
how about howard stern vs. don imus over 400 meters. stern wins in less than 75 seconds and imus dies before reaching 200m.
What about:
1. Madonna (fit jogger) vs. J Lo (powerful glutes) at 400 meters
2. Bush (fit jogger) vs. Gore (naturally strong guy) at 200 meters
3. Paul McCartney (slim but pot-smoke-laden), Mick Jagger (slim but not a sprinter) and Bruce Springsteen (powerful but not a long distance guy) at 200 meters.
4. Osama bin Laden (6'5" and slim) vs. Bush (fit but not so tall) in high jump (Bush wins by DQ if bin Laden dead)
5. Kobe Bryant vs. Randy Moss vs. A-Rod at 200 meters. (I think Randy Moss if nobody trained. But Kobe would dominate if given time to let his work ethic take effect.)
6. Dan Rather vs. Peter Jennings vs. Tom Brokaw. (Gotta go with the Canadian on this one, at least in part to avenge his lower book sales.)
I agree that Hillary vs. Janet is no contest over 3200 meters -- or any other distance, for that matter -- but suppose we change it to a shot put competition?
farrakhan was on state meet champ 4x100m team in 1941 or so for Boston English.
you see hillary's ass lately, she wins shot with ease. i did see on cnn today that janet reno is throwing a miami beach dance party as a fund raiser, maybe she has something left in the tank after all.
Reno is a dude. He can kick Hilary's assets any day of the week.
Nate over Alan? Really? I don't find Nate as being very impressive. He is just a good looking canadian boy toy.
He's so incredibly short though.
This is Janet Reno, I am an avid reader of the board and runner and I can tell u one thing. If Hillary ever got into my kitchen I would show her in a hurry what the phase ,"You are going to take it RENO STYLE" really means.
I used to have a weekly Dance Party at my basement where I would play the same song over and over and anyone that tried to changed it reaped horrible conseuquences. No one messes with the "Renonator"!!!
These are all great, but I have to say that no matter how hard Kobe trained, he would not beat Randy Moss. I saw Randy run a few meets in high school then in college. In HS his team needed someone for the 4x800, Randy responded with a 1:58. He is loaded with talent in anything. He jumped in at MAC championships (I think) and ran one race (the 60) and had one of the fastest times in the NCAA with no formal start training. The guy could probably beat Kobe at basketball, afterall he did make Jason Williams look like a scrub in HS.
robinson, teter and webb
How about Kid Rock vs Tommy Lee in the javelin?
Winner: Kid Rock by impaling Tommy Lee
Prize: Those lovely home videos
Randy Moss is good, but Jason Williams makes Jason Williams look like a scrub. You don't have to do anything to make this guy look dumber than he already is.
Since Janet Reno has Parkinson's Disease, it is only fair for her to run against others with Parkinson's.
So...
Reno vs. Muhammad Ali vs. Michael J. Fox
I say over any distance, Fox, Reno, Ali.
Mick Jagger used to run 15 miles a day when he was on tour. He would run Paul McCartney into the ground.
i dont know about the mick claim (not that im denying, i just dont know) but the Boss habitually ran 6-7 miles every morning during his heyday, when he should have instead been waking up at 2pm to a bottle of jack daniels, a couple lines of coke, and several groupies.
I know I'm only a runner because the latter isn't readily at my disposal... (however, JasonInGeishaland...)
I read that Mick Jagger ran between 5-7 miles per day, not 15. Regardless, Alice Cooper would beat them both!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
