We had it yesterday, it was nothing big.
But if it's hitting NY, I'm sure their unique hardships will lead all the news shows today and tomorrow.

I live up on Spencers Butte and I don't recall ever having it this windy!
The good news is the power is still on so I'm getting my NFL fix sprinkled with a bit of Golf!
Got my generator on standby for the two TV's and Brew Cooler.......................

I was just up on Spencer's Butte too - it's insane up there. Horizontal rain. I'm sure we've still got it better than most of the country right now, though.
Speaking of weather, how warm does it have to get to be too warm for a marathon? Above 70? Are 50's considered optimum?
i read in two separate articles that the optimal weather to run a marathon in is about 52 degrees. If you go plus or minus 10 to 15 degrees you need to start adding time onto your projected finish time.
Just when I thought that the worst was over, the wife call's me at about 1:30 from an open house she was at and asked if we were still going to go cut down an X-Mass tree!I said, are you nuts?We just got back and I'm soaked to the bone and she's decorating the the little stinker!
