So after cross was over i took a small break and started training again. Since the first day back i've been having a lot of pain below both knees and i've had to resort to the bike a few times. The pain is in an area about the size of a dime and is about 4-5 finger widths below the bottom of the patella. This seems to low to be patellar tendonitis but i may be wrong. Its not the first time this has happened either, and its always when i start running again after a break.
Thoughts?
