M: 4 easy, form drills, 8 100m accelerations
T: 4 easy
W: 5 easy

F: 3 easy, form drills, 8 100m accels
Sa: 5 easy
Su: 6 easy
Total: 30
Mileage was relatively low because it was an unloading week. Accelerations started at easy pace and worked up to 800m pace. 40 next week is my goal. Three weeks until 5k time trial. Felt pretty good.
