just wondering what some people think about training for the half-marathon. i know for the marathon, 20 miles is often the ceiling for the weekly long run, but many people go to 22, 24, or higher.
since i was running 14 and 15 mile long runs in college, i don't think i should cap my long runs at 10 miles when training for a half.
what do you cap your long run at (and how many weeks out?) when training for a half marathon?
