I'm from medium altitude (about 5000ft), but have been living at about 300ft the last 3 months. I'll be going back up at Thanksgiving, and I was wondering how I should adjust my training. I'm only doing mileage right now, so it shouldn't be a big deal, but I have noticed a BIG difference in how fast I can build mileage down here compared to up there. Considering that, I figure 80mpw down here might seem like 100mpw to my body up there, but I don't know; that's why I'm asking you guys.
