Hello, I started athletics running the 100m as an u13 and every age group I seem to have moved up a distance, last season I focussed mainly on 400m and 800m but had a poor season, this year I have focussed most of my training on distance work and long reps in the winter as I heard this is needed for the 800m but I think I will lose all my speed which is vital for 800m.
I can bench 140kg.
