I have had problems in XC running uphill, and especially downhill, fast in races. I seriously bet I could gain a full minute over 10k if I didn't have to slow down.
Trainers and coaches have all said simply "your back is weak" so have also said my ads are weak as well.
They say this, but then are unable to give me advice on how to strengthen my 'core'.
What exercises do you guys do?
(preferably without having to use gym equipment)
