Newtons- To those of you who don't know, these are shoes that should train your foot to strike at the mid-foot by putting some things by the forefoot that make you feel your forefoot before your heel. It is supposed to eliminate your heel strike if you have one. My explaination sucks, look it up on Google.
I got an E-Mail from a nearby running store, it said there is a day of trying on these newton things. are they worth the extreme cost?(175$!!) Has anyone tried them? Any other opinions?
