So here's the deal...
I'm a pretty busy guy, during the week I normally average about 4 hours of sleep a night. I know, that's not healthy but I try. Generally from about 4am-8am. But then randomly I'll crash and sleep for 17-20 hours in one session. Miss a whole day basically. Luckily I have a job where that's not such an issue. Also when I don't have to wake up at 8 or 830am I'll sleep right through till noon or later often sleeping 12-14 hours straight. But that creates a problem cause sometimes I'll just sleep for 14 hours, and won't be able to wake up. I'll set alarms and everything but I just can't get up.
My friends always say I'm lazy or "oh just get out of bed". But really, I can't get up.
I was wondering WHAT is going on with my body. I know I don't have a regular sleep cycle, but even now when I try to get back on one it's just about impossible.
Verdict? Help?
