I know of a Carl and Carol Lewis, but what event does Carle run?

You're a tool.
That was a pretty funny race - Carl looked like he was lifting at the end with his trademark closing speed, but I guess Mitchell just eased in. Hilarious.
Good stuff! Was Carl even wearing spikes??
sucks to get old...
carl is one smooth runner
I wish I could run 11.64 and I'm 20

100 meters obviously
Not a real tough one to predict. They finished in order of retirement.
thanks for the link. that was fun to watch.
11.6 is pretty fast! Couldn't have run that on any day of my entire life.
Dennis Mitchell should have stayed up all night boffing and drinking. His testosterone would have been elevated and he would have broken 11. Leroy was disadvantaged by lugging around that superannuated meat basket. I'm surprised he finished.
Agreed about Burrell. Wow, what a chunk!
Well, to be fair to Leroy, as a head coach he probably gets roped into many a Cougar High alumni/donor luncheon and gets asked to speak at fund raiser dinners around the town and state. Might have some HGH residual working against him, too. I figured that King Carl would still be in decent shape (though not race shape) because he probably still works out with an aim to keep making a go of his non-existent acting career. I have no idea what Mitchell's been up to since he retired, I never was a fan of his as he always seemed way too cocky, probably as a result of feeling like he was in the shadow of Carl and Co. and then Michael Johnson. He's clearly been taking pretty good care of himself, though. Seemed interesting that in that archival footage of the race where the three of them ran together in USA gear that only Mitchell was in the alternate blue uni (which I don't recall ever seeing before viewing this video) while both Carl and Leroy were in the whites.
