We (indoor rowers) are having a discussion about a workout suggested by a well known rowing coach.
It is
4 times 12 mins at 5K race pace with 3-5 mins recovery.
The 5K world record on the rowing machines is about 15:10, so is roughly comparable to running in duration.
I am of the opinion that this set is not possible.
Are there any runners who can do such a workout?
