i did my first long run in a while today, 11 miles. the effort was very easy, legs didn't tire when running. i felt it a little bit in my legs when i stopped, but recovered quickly. friday and saturday i rested. do you think i'll be able to perfom in a 3k tomorrow? i felt an sudden eager to run it, but wouldn't do a long run the day before normaly..
