What is the recommended cross training on a stationary bike?
Should I lower the resistance so i can hit 100 rpms or add resistance and pedal at 80 RPMs?
Thank you for your help

since 180 footfalls/minute while running is considered ideal, i think 90 RPM would be the most equivalent on the bikey.
You can go as high as 110-120 RPM, it will put more stress on your heart rather than the legs and running at higher rates becomes easier which translates into more speed.
