sorry if this is the millionth post like this but i dont seem to be getting answers anywhere else, so here's the situation.
on April 24th of this season i felt really dizzy, lethargic etc. and felt i could not run in my dual meet, yet ended up pr'ing in the 800. that was the story for the rest of the outdoor season EVERYDAY (lethargy, slow recovery,dizziness etc) but i trained through it. almost every run was much bekow 7:00 pace and i ran 97 days w/o rest. i also decided i was eating to much and lost about 11 pounds during the season by cutting calories. i busted out some great times consistently but never was really happy after races. after track i took nine days off and then started my base and after a few 45-50 mile weeks i felt even worse than before. so now ive gone through two extensive sets of blood tests and everything came out perfect except my blood sugar was at 53. have i really screwed myself over? is this a huge case of overtraining and what should i do? thanks and sorry for the long post
