I completed a session of 2 x (100m,200m,100m,200m,100m,100m) with 15s after the 100s and 30s after the 200s.
Times were as follows:
1st set 2nd Set

14.5 14.6

14.4 13.6
What sort of form do you think i am in over 800m from personal experience etc?
