I got my balls clipped on Friday. They do hurt. I did 14 miles Friday morning before the surgery, but couldn't run Yesterday or today. Should I go for a few miles tomarrow?

This is the stupidest question I've ever heard! Yeah go for it. Do another 14! Don't ask your doctor. Ask here.
Most say wait about 5 to 7 days, but I don't want to loose all my fitness. My nuts are like the size of baseballs and the color of Barney! Should I go for it?
Troll alert. Pretty good though.

It has been a couple of years but I took 3 days off and then did an easy couple of miles on day 4. Wear tight briefs so your nads don't move. It was very uncomfortable but hang in there in a couple of days you'll be able to run your balls off :)

If he did that in the first place, he wouldn't have needed a vasectomy!
no no no. your puppies need some down time. good time for rest, or at least cross training. a minor mistake now will cost you for far too long at far too high a price.
for once, be a lazy ass bum for a week.
I think I am just going to go for it. What do I have to loose. I don't need them anymore anyway. Tight briefs are a good idea. Maybe I will even wear two pair!
Go ahead and try it. I guarantee you won't get far.

All I can say is... ITAII!!
Tape your scrotum to your asshole with athletic tape and wear a tight pair of undies. Shouldn't be a problem.
I got my Vas about a month ago... I only took off 4 days.. Try using a jock.. or get a pair of compression shorts.. they help for the first couple of runs.
Ran 2.5 Didn't feel great the first half mile, but no problems after that. I am going te be a rebel and run about 6 miles in the morning. No pain, no gain. I just wanted to let you know because I am sure nobody could sleep last night thinking about it.
Take off a week = Assuring it heals properly and MUCH less chance of rupture and future unwanted kids, and a .001% decrease in fitness
Take off a few days = Increased risk of rupture and another unwated kid down the road, but only a .00001% decrease in fitness.
Is this really a question?
If you're this stupid I'm glad there hopefully won't be any more of your gene pool running around.
