What are your thoughts on these spikes? Does Nike have any better ones for XC?

They're awsome. The Miler XC's are pretty good too
They're nike's best xc spike. I think you can find them for about $60 on nike's website.
Big Mazungo or anyone else..which spike works for both XC track...I was thinking of getting an XC shoes with spikes, so i wouldnt have to buy an extra set or dirt spikes Does the Nike Kenn or the Milers XC also work great for track?
If you plan on using your spikes for track as well, get the kennedys. I have both and the kennedys are lighter and feel more suited towards track then the miler xcs.
i just got a pair of the nike zoom forever xc. they cost more but they are so nice

Roger that, but I still would not recommend the Kennedy XCs (or GHAC XCs as they now call them) for track. No, no, too heavy. They have the old Zoom Country Plus plate, excellent for what it does, but what it does is not track.
Alternatives: Forever XC (only slightly heavier than spikeless forever), Puma Harambee (excellent distance track spike, with a Pebax plate from the original Nike Eldoret--good for xc courses, even when you encounter a little pavement).
the Kennedy XCs work fine for track, the state champion in the two mile wore them for track and they didn't seem to slow him down much. that being said i would still recommend the forever XCs because they are the most comfortable spike i have ever worn
