After 3 weeks of 70+ I hit 80 but I decided to skip any workouts per my coach. It was hot and humid for most of the week so I was thankful there were no planned workouts.
Mon - 8 miles
Tues - AM - 5 miles treadmill - PM - 9.25 road
Wed - 10 miles
Thurs - 11.5 miles - miserable outside
Fri - 8.25 Treadmill
Sat - 18 miles - thought I would do 20 but it was too humid
Sun - AM - 6.75 road, PM - 3.5 Treadmill
