My mileage is great, i'm working really hard while I'm running. But there must be other things outside of running that can help (besides biking etc...), such as stretching or lifting.
What do you guys do extra like stretch, lift, or just little habits that help runners? I know one guy that kept hitting his quads to make them stronger and more hard...just things like that.
Let's hear whatcha got! Anything from eating habits to working out finger muscles...just anything to do while you're not running! (Don't hold back...if it's hard to do that doesn't mean I don't want to do it)
