Hi everyone,
I have struggled with the same symptoms as everyone on this forum for several years now (unbearable pain after 10 minutes of running, lasting 5 minutes).
I underwent a diagnostic laparoscopy to obtain answers. They found endometriosis (that wasn’t diagnosed from a scan) and they were able to remove this tissue during the laparoscopy.
My symptoms have improved immensely! Now I only had mild pain once or twice a month and I can generally run through this. Previously I would have to stop on almost every run!
I wanted to share my positive experience because like everyone else on here, I believed I would never get answers and never be able to exercise like I can now.
I am more than happy to share my experiences or if anyone has any questions, please reach out. I’d love to be able to help anyone in this situation as I know how draining/frustrating it can be.
Keep positive and keep up the running :)
