Okay here's the deal...I had built up a pretty good base (80mpw) over the last 8 weeks and just started to hit the speed stuff...Just off the base stuff I'm in about 54:00 15k shape(not that great I know) Well, I have to have my wisdom teeth pulled and I'm currently battling a cold...I'm also traveling to 9000' of altitude for a week and half (from sea level)...How do I juggle all of these things without losing my fitness? Just thought I'd see what some of you guys say...I know other people have dealt with things like this before...Thanks!!
