First let me say that I am not TROLL....just I am not American citizen and my english is Bad, but really like hear your recommendation and suggest:
I have the intentio to run my first marathon in December 2007, now I am working in build good solid base. I am running now 80kms ( 50 Miles ) my intention in add more miles until 15 weeks before at marathon day and start in my Marathon training ( 15 weeks marathon plan ), my ask is know how would be better if Run:
Hard, Easy, Hard , Easy or
Easy, Easy, Hard, Easy, Easy, Hard.
When talk \" Easy \" is Aerobic Training, slow low effort
When talk \" Hard \" is Long Run and specific Workout like Tempo or Intervals.
How would better in this Base Phase,
