Another week closer to those fall marathons - lets hear how those weeks went.
I'll start us off.
This was my first week back after a calf injury sidelined me for 2 weeks. Was running pain free by Thursday.
Mon: am 5 miles easy pm 5 miles easy
Tue: am 8 miles easy pm 5 miles easy
Wed: am 8 miles easy pm 5 miles steady-state
Thu: pm 5 miles easy
Fri: am 10 miles easy pm 3 miles easy
Sat: am 4 miles including 2 @ tempo pace pm 5 miles easy
Sun: am 15 miles easy
Total: 78 miles
One more week of easing back into it then back to a full 100+ mile week schedule with 2 quality days.
Goal: OBX Marathon (Nov 11) - sub 2:40
