I am recovering from achilles tendonitis, and dealt with it for about 8 months before deciding to invest in orthotics. Previously, I ran in stability shoes, but the podiatrist has told me that the orthotics make the stability unnecessary and that I can just run in neutral shoes. So far it's been okay, but I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience, with orthotics in either stability shoes or making the switch to neutral?
