Besides Webb and Richards, this meet wasn't that great.. The 3000 was slow, the womens 5000 was super slow! The steeple time could of been 8:13 plus, one guy broke 45 for the 400!

the steeple wasn't 813 plus, how 'could' it have been?
the 1500 'could' have been 340+
you 'could' have not posted this.
i 'could' have not replied. let us waste bandwith.
It was a great meet. It isn't always about fast times maN. The races were exiting! They are called races! Not time trials.
Races were amazing yesterday. 3k was really exciting. 1500 was amazingly exciting, one of the best races I've ever seen probably. Most of the other races were fun to watch, too. 110 hurdles was fun to watch.
Thank you. GOD I hate it when people think a meet is no good because times aren't world records.
Paris is in Europe. The meet was good. Really good.
meet officials messed up and miscounted the laps of the steeple....unacceptable at a meet of this level. Thank goodneess there was no 10K---though Ryan Shay may have excelled at this type of meet!

The meet was good but no better than any of the major meets in Europe. Go on a vacation - travel through Europe and catch a meet there live (it does not have to be a trip just to see a track meet, but just 1 thing to do when there) and you will see what being at a real track meet is like.
