ok, so if I am averaging between 10.5 hrs and 11.5 hrs of biking per week (about 90-100 minutes per day) with a hr of between 150-190 throughout the bike (usually at least an hour is over 170) what would be the aerobic (not running as it doesn't work the muscles in the same way) benefits compared to the aerobic benefits gained by running. Does 90 minutes at this hr for biking have the same aerobic benefit of 45 minutes of running in a similar hr range, or is the ratio different?
(oh, and mileage ratios won't work as I use different types of bikes (stationary and mountain) on various surfaces (gravel, asphalt, dirt))
Note- I know running and biking can't be compared directly due to the different muscle groups they work but both still help one's aerobic system.
