I say you could probably run 15:40-45
pshhh... i ran that senior year and barley broke 18 during cross .... this workout was run during indoor track.
except we did 2 sets of 4. So, I wouldnt say this workout means much except that you can prolly break 210 for the 800 :)
a better workout to get an idea of 5k pace is 5 x 1200m w/ 1:45-2 min rest, try that workout and report back

..your 800m sessions is around your 3km pace so add about 4-5 secs per lap and that's would be a abllpark figure.....
..as well 5km pace try horwill's 4 x 1600m off 90 sec and whatever u average for the entire sessions is apparently supposed to be your 5km pace....i've never done it but done sessions close to that and found it to be pretty accurate....
