As an OK runner (sub 18:00 5km without shoes) any advice on how I can turn to become a good weightlifter?
ps. I have already started the transition and I am up to 5 lifts X 100 pounds. (yea im lank)
Will the ladies really "dig" me when I can bench press more? Do you think I have a better chance of loosing my v card?

by the way...yes....your chances of getting girls will increase..but if youre only doing 5x100, youve got a lot of work to do
a kid who went to my hs was the fastest freshman distance runner ever at our school in XC...ended up having bad knees and had to quit. He took up benching and put up 380 in college. So it can be done. Although i think 320 is about the tops you need for looks. Anything over that and you start just being too much for looks.(unless of course youre doing it for sports like football where its neccesary)
