I\'m currently training for the 1500M and have had a good winter of high mileage (85 miler per week) consisting of one interval session (e.g 5 x 2K, 8 x 1K), 2 tempo runs and a long run. The rest of the week is easy running with AM runs aswell. For 2 months I\'ve been training on the track for the 1500M. I don\'t have great speed, I\'m more of an endurance runner. My current summer 1500M training consists of 3 sessions of intervals: 3k pace (800, 600, 400 reps), 800m pace (400M, 300M and 200M reps) and 1500M pace sessions (e.g. 8 x 400M at 1500M pace). I also do a long run and some easy AM runs, so I\'m running ~75 miles per week over the summer. How does this training schedule look? Could it be improved?
