How many people wear spikes in the workouts? mainly wondering about the 800m and up runners. Personally I often wear them when I'm doing any workout thats at 1500m pace or less. I got a new pair of spikes this year and I'm kind of paranoid that I'll wear them down too much and by next year they won't be in great shape. Basically just wondering what the good and bad there is to wearing them and who does it.
