Jordan Mcnamara ran 10k thursday night, 5k and 1500 on friday at the NWAC championships.

McNamara also won the 10k in 31somethin on friday, 1500 in 3:53 (58 3rd lap)and 5k 15 flat on saturday at Lane's national meet up in Portland. Impressive to throw down after only one day of rest.

that guy is really going places. i have nothing but the utmost respect for him. especially for a guy who ran AND won 3 races the two days before to come and run such a time for a 1,500 against some big dogs is very impressive. maybe we should look for him at the oly trials come 08?

Kid ran 3:41.13 today at Hayward, took 2nd but the winner also ran 3:41.13. He had a crazy last 300 and moved past several runners. Tough kid, exciting to watch.

I actually can believe it. I see some resemblence in the faces. That would be odd for him I'd think.
