I am running on Sunday and the forecast is 84 degrees. Will that make me run way slower than I would on a more normal day? Thanks.

Everyone else has to run in the same heat. Just compete my brotha.
It depends on how well you've prepared for the heat. It's always a good idea in the earlu spring to heat train, wear sweat tops and bottoms when you run even on hot days. That way it's not a shock when you get to the championship meets and its hot out. If you haven't done that, you don't really have time to now. Just make sure you are hydrated and don't let the heat get in your head.
Go out 5-10 sec slower than you normally would, and then maintain pace or accelerate slightly from there. Put the hammer down with about a km to go. Most runners try to ignore the heat and will run at their normal or goal pace; they will come back to you over the last mile.
