beans are great for post workouts when you want some solid protein in your system. Instead of dragging the beans tell your brother to try a bean shake:
1. 1/4 honey (organic)
2. 3 cups of navy beans (cooked)
3. 2 tbsp. wheat germ
4. 1 cup of heavy cream
Blend on high for approx. 20 sec
Best drink chilled but room temp. is fine also
