Does anybody know if Toga's going to the meet? They usually go every year but they aren't listed as of yet. I realize they like to wait last minute for placement but the deadline is today. Our coach has an athlete he's thinking about placing in the 2K steeple but she'll need a hot pace up front. We might have to save her for nationals.

Are you talking about the boys? I know the girls usually go, and I could have swore they were listed, but I don't recall the boys going the last few years. I might be mistaken though.
I just hope it's sunny this weekend.
It doesn't look like much competition in the girls steeple again this year. The event is coming around though. I think we'll see more & more comp every year. It's too bad they couldn't get one or all of Dier, Greany, Rosario, Davidson, Gregory etc. to meet up here. That'd be comp at it's best as far as the steeple is concerned and a good prep for states & nats.
As far as the rest, I thought this meet would be bigger and better. The competition always seems weak. Although some of the records are quite fast, they were run alone as far as I looked (mile & up)
Anyone know where some of the other meets are this weekend?

it's interesting you say that. you never see them around the boys until the year they won NTN. all the sudden it's like, wow...the kranicks coach the boys too? I guess they only come around for the pictures.
The 2-mile record run was definitely not alone....

Gregory won the 3K in 10:20 at their duel meet yesterday and Roecker took the 1500 in 4:40. Toga ended up edging them though 97 to 82.
Gregory has been improving all season. Good luck to her for the remainder of the season!
Not sure what happened with Lane. Saw her in the entries but she's not listed on the start lists. Anybody have details? Hope she's not hurt.
Girls 2 mile looks competitive between the teammates. Bellon FTW.
No Davidson in the steeple. Looks like she has packed that event in for the season.
What time is show time on Saturday? I see there are a couple of girls who run low 7's entered in the steeple.
