Most sportsmen are now obsessed with ice tubs after a tough long training session not hot tubs! The experts say cold is more beneficial!

Right after a workout the cold is better, however hours later a hot tub is an ideal post stretch routine.
Without the luxury of a hot tub i have to rely on an old fashioned bath, or if no time a shower at the running club after a cold,rainy, muddy hill session in winter!
