OK, so for 2-3 years now I have been struggling with a SI Joint dysfunction problem. My left SI Jt. continually gets out of joint. Every morning I wake up in EXTREME pain; I have learned how to put my SI Jt. back it, so I do many times throughout the day. I see a Chiro every month and he does ultrasound, massage, and adjustments on me, but I just go to bed and bam I am out of joint again. I am fed up. Now I barely sleep anymore because my leg is spasming (right leg). My chiro says it is spasming because of tightness and overuse from compensating the left SI Jt. problem. I have piriformis syndrome in the right leg and my ilipsoas is VERY tight and weak, and that is what spasms the most (especially sleeping and in the morning). I have reduced my mileage by 15 miles, now just doing 45 miles. I have very strong core muscles. I lift weights. I stretch every day. I have done tons of research. And now I am just frustrated and ready to lose my mind from this pain. Can anyone help me out??? What is going on??? How do I fix this???
Any help you could give, I appreciate. THANK YOU.
