Since I can remember my hands and feet get cold really easily. When they get cold, my fingertips and toes go white. I mean, they look totally bloodless. This isn't even in really cold weather, it happens in 40 degree weather even when i'm wearing light gloves or cold-gear Under-Armor gloves. Lips too, they go really blue. When my hands warm up again, they sting pretty bad for about ten minutes, so it's kind of annoying. I never thought too much of it for about the last 4-5 years, except that it was funny to watch people freak out seeing my yellow fingers. Recently someone said it could be a circulation or heart problem. Should I get it checked out?
P.S. I'm not some pussy who whines about the cold. I've lived in Wisconsin all my life and have run in sub- -20 degree weather (wearing thick mitts of course)
