i just ran a pretty decent workout for me, wondering what it bodes in the 1500 i have coming up next weekend.
8x400 w/ 90 rest: 64, 65, 65, 65, 65, 65, 62*, 67
400 jog
8x400 w/ 90 rest: 68, 68, 68, 68, 65*, 67, 67, 66
the *'s are hammers. obviously the first one zapped the juice right out of me.
on mon i did
6-4-3-2-1-6-4-3-2-1-6-3, w/ somewhere between 90-120, with:
1:40, 64, 46, 30, 13, 1:40, 62, 45, 28, 13, 1:43, 45
and i ran a 15:42 last weekend, have run 4:24 indoors. thoughts on what i can run in a decent 1500?
