I hear that eating the blue part of "blue cheese" will make you high.
Did you read anything that "Thank me later ..." wrote - obviously not.
Did you by chance take Claratin for your allergy symptoms?
dear, I'm 49 and I have to run four or five miles in the morning just to be able to wlak right. I think I started feeling that way when I was about your age. Last year I had to give up on trying to ever run over 60 a week, because I just felt like crap all the time. I cruise around in the 40-50mpw zone and feel pretty good now (after I get going). Just take good care of yourself and be glad that you are capable of making yourself sore at you advanced (ahem) age.
Hi, I am only 28 and I was getting similar symptoms - for example if I did press ups and put a strain on my wrists the next day my wrists would be agony first thing but ease off as day went on. Similarly if I lie on one side in bed my arm feels like a dead arm when I get up but quickly eases off. I by chance had some blood tests for completely unrelated thing and they came back with a Rheumatoid Factor which was 5 times the normal for someone of my age. They reckon it was caused by a viral I had but is now aggrevated if I over train and also if I eat alot of dairy, sugar and drink excess alcohol.
May be worth a try. Now I know what causes it and aggrevates it I can control it but for a while it was horrible.
Thank you for share the information - I did not know that. At first I do not believe it simply because I believe you first loss a lot of speed instead of endurance when getting old and I have not (Still run 400 under 55" , PR was 52.4" in college).
I did read the post of "Thank me later", before I give it a try for a couple of weeks, I just want to hear other's opinion. I do appreciate everyone's input.
