I am 38 and run about 50-60 mi/wk with 1 workout/wk and it has been going great. But in the past several weeks (3-4), whenever I run, the next morning when getting up, I have sore muscle in the leg. The strange thing is: they will go away after 1 hour of wake up. Starting last week, I did some upper body light activities and sometimes my arm muscle sore the same way.
With the above symptom, my workout time get slower (with the same effort - I did not push) and my daily easy runs are a bit slower, which partially because it is getting warmer in Texas.
Has anyone else experienced something like this / know what is the cause of it? I miss the fresh feeling and want to get that back !!
