Has anyone used the MLB.tv feature at mlb.com? What are your thoughts about it? Is it worth the money for the yearly subscription? Are there any major drawbacks to the service?

I had it last year and have it again this year. I didn't pay for the enhanced service this year, just got the regular one from last year. Of course, the quality of the regular isn't perfect, but it's good enough for me. Haven't seen the quality of the enhanced service. If you watch every game, it comes out to about $0.50 a game. That's not too bad. They archive the games about an hour after they are completed so you can go back and watch any game from the season for any team.
Last year I probably watched about 140 of my favorite team's games. I have moved away from my home area and this is the only way I can see them play now. The only drawback is during blackout if they play in a local market. For some reason I get blacked out from games played in DC when I live in NC. Can't get them on TV or MLB.tv because of the blackout. Easiest way to get around it is to use a proxy server. They black you out based on your IP address so this avoids it completely.
If you watch a lot of baseball, it's completely worth it in my opinion.
I completely agree with the last message, and I too can't get my Mets games in NC. Every area is required to have a local blackout, and I guess NC is DC. But you can get every other game, the speed is pretty reliable, plus you you can hook up an S-video cable to your TV and if you have a decent TV you get pretty good resolution.
I did get the enhanced version this year, and so far the quality has been really good.
