I can tell you this: the OLD NAVY khaki carpenter jeans fit like no ones' business, but the inside pockets rubbed the hair off my quads. Owwwwww.
Anyone else ever notice this?
What sort of material do they make the front inside pockets out of? It has happened twice, in two different years, so it is not my imagination. The regular denim carpenter jeans are fine.
For the past couple of years I've refused to wear anything but Gap Jeans. Mostly Boot Cut Loose Fit, sometimes straight Boot Cut. Great jeans. I doubt I'm ever going to wear anything else. The denim is nice and soft and is surprisingly cool in the warm weather. Highly recommended.
Is "khaki jeans" not an oxymoron? And it sounds like they're not very comfortable if they're ripping the hair off your quads. Ouch. Regular Levi's do the trick for me.
Levis 527 Low Boot Cut
American Eagle jeans are pretty comfy

I think he was referring to a classic letsrun post that has since disappeared, although it often pops up here and there.
As for the jeans, I love the Lucky jeans "81" bootcut, very soft but sturdy denim. I would not have paid retail, got them at the lucky outlet for less than half price.
I'm a fan of mom jeans.
;) I jest, I jest.
I like G-Star, Parasuco, and Banana Republic.
