We have a duel meet tommorow against to bad teams I train through duel meets I have run 9:55indoors in the 2mile I was wondering If I could get a great workout out of doing the 2mile in the meet at 5k race pace then jog right after I finish outside the track for 800 meters and then starting another 2mile at 5krace pace. How would i figure our what my pace should be for this workout?
