3/19: 11 (1:16)
3/20: 8.5 (58:30)
3/21: 9+ (1:01)w/ last 3 at AT effort. Dissapointing--legs have no turnover.
3/22: 10 (1:09)
3/23: 8 (56:00)
3/24: 23 (2:34)...hilly.
--->79 miles
Awful AT. I'm fit but need to do some neuromuscular work in the next 3 weeks. This long run, as with the others, was very encouraging--I'm finishing with gas left in the tank.
Thanks to all who offered great Boston advice last week! (the boston tactics thread)...it helped me decide what my plan will be.
